As a BACP registered counsellor with an integrative, humanistic, and psychodynamic approach, I assist you in understanding the connections between your past experiences and their impact on your present life. I’ll guide you in exploring your emotions at your own pace, while also gently challenging you to identify hidden patterns and blind spots.
Having a background in mental health charities, community mental health environments and NHS, I've had the wonderful opportunity to connect with individuals from various walks of life. I have worked within the diverse group of people with wide ranging issues some of which include anxiety, depression, family problems, attachment, trauma, all types of abuse, anger, struggles with sexuality/identity, carrying an immigrant identity, bereavement & grief.

I specialise in Anxiety, Childhood and Adult Trauma, Attachment, Relationship Issues and Depression. I am an experienced psychotherapist and believe in working with the whole person both past, present and future to help identify your emotional needs. I work from a humanistic core, which means that I keep you at the centre of our work. However, I do not believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all process so that is why I have diverse tools to use when working with you.
I provide a warm, safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. With respect and openness, I support your journey of self-discovery. Together, we’ll understand your attachment patterns and address conflicts, helping you live more authentically and make the most of your life.

Counselling is a collaborative process where the counsellor and client work together to explore the client's thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, addressing personal challenges stemming from the present or the past. It provides a supportive environment for individuals to gain insights, develop coping strategies, and work towards positive change.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.
Sessions typically involve open and confidential discussions between you and your counsellor. You'll have the opportunity to share your concerns, explore your thoughts and feelings, and work collaboratively towards your goals. Counselling is a non-judgmental and supportive process focused on helping you navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.
To schedule a session, you can contact me by phone or email. You can also use the online booking system to schedule appointments directly.
Also note I offer a 20-minutes complimentary Zoom or phone consultation. It's a chance for us to chat without any pressure, where we can explore how we might work together and you can ask any questions you have. To do that, please contact me via email.
